The recruitment process starts after receiving the following document from our foreign principals
The short listed candidates are thereafter required to appear before the selection board. And the selected candidates are put to trade tests. The final rating is done after consideration of the individual’s overall performance.
Finally, immediate arrangements are for deployments of the emigrant(s) to join the duties with the respective employer.
The documents received from the employer are submitted to the Emigrants (Govt. of Pakistan), for necessary registration/permission.\
Thereafter, the vacancies are advertised through a leading National Newspaper, to attract a large number of candidates against the demand(s) received.
On the evaluation of the applications received, shortlisting of the deserving candidates is initiated, and call letters are issued for provisional interviews and trade test,s etc.
A full-length briefing is conducted by us and department / protector of emigrants (government of Pakistan) so that they must well acquaint them selves with the rules and regulations of the country of employment particularly the strict laws about drug abusing.
